**Specialist Product & Service Configuration (m/w/d)**

**Was Dich erwartet**:
Du arbeitest als Specialist Product & Service Configuration (m/w/d) an anspruchsvollen Produktkonfigurationen im Mobil
- und Festnetzbereich im Rahmen von Projekten als Teilprojektleiter:in und in agilen Teams auf Basis von Solution Design Dokumenten, User Stories und Workordern sowie am Detailed Design der Konfigurationen.
Du übernimmst die Qualitätssicherung durch Tests und Reviews von Konfigurationen anderer Kollegen der Organisationseinheit sowie die technische E2E-Verantwortung der Konfigurationen über alle verantworteten Systeme hinweg.
Du verantwortest außerdem die Sicherstellung des Life Cycles von Produkt Konfigurationen inklusive engem Austausch mit dem IT-Betrieb zu Systemauslastung.
Du steuerst den Second
- und Third-Level-Support des IT-Betriebes sowie der Fachbereiche bei der Fehleranalyse.

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder einer technischen Ausrichtung oder eine adäquate Ausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Telekommunikationsumfeld.
- Gute Kenntnisse in BSS- und OSS-Systemen sowie in relationalen Datenbanken, SQL und XML.
- Eine hohe Teamfähigkeit auch über Organisationsgrenzen hinweg und die Fähigkeit zur eigenverantwortlichen Bearbeitung eines oder mehrerer Aufgabengebiete.
- Erfahrung in den Themen „Kundenzentrierung“ und „Arbeiten in agilen Teams“.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
