Das ist deine Aufgabe
- Als HR Assistant (m/w/d) Recruiting unseres familiengeführten Unternehmens nimmst du eine Schlüsselfunktion in unserem Talent Acquisition Team ein und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Projekten und dem operativen Tagesgeschäft. Hierbei wirst du insbesondere
- Stellenausschreibungen erstellen und auf verschiedenen Portalen veröffentlichen
- unsere Recruiterinnen und Recruiter in allen Bedarfen unterstützen, u.a. durch Führen von Telefoninterviews in der Vorauswahl
- die fachliche Führung unserer Werkstudierenden übernehmen
- engagiert an Projekten mitarbeiten und eingehende Rechnungen bearbeiten
- die Schnittstelle zu allen relevanten Fachbereichen und externen Partnern hinsichtlich Recruiting-Themen bilden

Das bringst du mit
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (im Handel, Hotel oder in anderen Dienstleistungsbranchen) sowie Praxiserfahrungen als Assistenz oder in Funktionen mit organisatorischem Schwerpunkt
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem Outlook
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist ein zuverlässiges Organisationstalent und behältst mit deiner eigenständigen und verantwortungsvollen Arbeitsweise stets den Überblick
- Du überzeugst durch dein souveränes und empathisches Auftreten sowohl am Telefon als auch im persönlichen Kontakt
- Es bereitet dir große Freude dein Team in allen Facetten des Tagesgeschäfts zu unterstützen und so eine vertrauensvolle Arbeitsatmosphäre zu schaffen
