Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Frankfurt a.M. ein Unit Lead (m/w/d) für den Bereich ServiceNow**.**

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen sowie die Sicherstellung des Betriebs und Supports der ServiceNow Plattform. Du bist verantwortlich für die Ressourcenplanung, die disziplinarische Führung und das Vorantreiben von OKRs in deiner Unit. In unserer teamorientierten Unternehmenskultur kannst du dein Fachwissen sowohl operativ als auch organisatorisch einbringen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und arbeite mit uns an spannenden IT Projekten.

**Deine Qualifikation**:

- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung, Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der IT
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich ServiceNow und verfügst idealerweise über eine CSA Zertifizierung in ServiceNow
- Erfahrung mit ITSM Prozessen und ITIL
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch mind. B2

**Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte**:

- Support und Betrieb der ServiceNow Plattform
- Betreuung der ServiceNow ITSM Prozesse
- Administration, Konfiguration, Störungsbeseitigung, Monitoring, Reporting
- Einhaltung der IT-Service Management Prozesse
- Ressourcenplanung und Disziplinarische Verantwortung
- Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
