Recruitment Coordinator

We are a growing team looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in the Talent Acquisition department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Organize regular interviewer training sessions
- Utilize our TA tooling to produce recruiting reports on interview capacity, interview training and areas for development
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced in scheduling high volume meetings across different locations and time zones
- Experienced in problem solving and contributing to the team
- Highly organized and has experience streamlining processes
- Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders including our senior executives
- Highly analytical, able to use to data to highlight challenges and successes within the team in order to influence changes and improvements
- Self-starter to to make suggestions and improvements to existing processes
