About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Project A Ventures. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles, status changes, and interview feedback
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms
- Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities, to promote the company and engage with potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers in different teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements
- Enrolled in a University and/or a fresh business graduate
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German skills are a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Previous experience in fast-paced or highly competitive environments
