Wir sind Eberlein Kunz, ein international agierendes E-Commerce Unternehmen in Berlin. Unser Team besteht aus einer bunt gemischten Crew von 80 kreativen Köpfen, die in den verschiedensten Bereichen wie Logistik, Produktentwicklung, Category Management, Vertrieb, Marketing, Web
- und Softwareentwicklung ihre Talente einbringen.

Seit 2013 haben wir uns auf den Online-Vertrieb von erstklassigen Lebensmitteln, Bio
- und Naturprodukten, Drogerie
- und Beauty-Artikeln, Haushaltswaren sowie Büchern spezialisiert - und das mit großem Erfolg. Unsere jährliche Wachstumsrate ist zweistellig, und wir zählen mittlerweile zu den Top-Händlern auf dem deutschsprachigen Amazon Marktplatz. Doch für uns ist das erst der Anfang, und deshalb bauen wir unser Team weiter aus.

Und hier kommst DU ins Spiel

Wir suchen einen **Teamlead (m/w/d)** **für unser Food-Team im Category Management**, der/die unser Berliner Team unterstützen möchte, um unsere Produkte auf ein neues Level zu heben.

**Kleiner Einblick in Dein daily doing**:

- Du entwickelst Strategien zur Umsatzsteigerung und Erreichung der Wachstumsziele und setzt diese um
- Du legst Ziele anhand von KPIs zur Bewertung der Leistung des Teams fest und überprüfst regelmäßig die Fortschritte
- Du identifizierst Wachstumschancen im Markt und setzt entsprechende Maßnahmen um
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen (u.a. Marketing) zusammen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
- Du betreibst kontinuierliche Marktanalyse, um Trends und Verbraucherbedürfnisse zu identifizieren und darauf basierend Produktinnovationen voranzutreiben
- Du initiierst und betreust Projekte zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte oder zur Verbesserung bestehender Sortimente
- Du überwachst den Wettbewerb und nimmst ggf. Anpassungen der Sortimentsstrategie vor
- Du identifizierst Prozessverbesserungsmöglichkeiten und initiierst Projekte zur Optimierung der betrieblichen Abläufe
- Du koordinierst und überwachst Prozessoptimierungsprojekte, um sicherzustellen, dass sie rechtzeitig und im Rahmen des Budgets abgeschlossen werden
- Du implementierst Best Practices im Prozess
- und Projektmanagement, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Arbeitsabläufe zu steigern
- Du schulst das Team in Prozessmanagementmethoden und -werkzeugen, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu fördern
- Du unterstützt die Motivation und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder, um ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen und eine hohe Leistung zu erzielen
- Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von (derzeit) drei Category Managern und einem Einkäufer

**Das benötigen wir von Dir**:

- Du verfügst über mehr als 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld (Category Management, Key Account Management, Buying/ Procurement)
- Darüber hinaus hast Du mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Einkaufs, Category
- / Produktmanagements
- Du verfügst über eine kfm. Ausbildung
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Führung anhand von Zielen ist dir nicht neu
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift
- Deine Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
- Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität

**Wenn Du das mitbringst, ist es das Tüpfelchen auf dem i**:

- Ein Studium ist wünschenswert, aber wenn Du es nicht hast, ist es für uns kein Showstopper
- Erfahrungen im Handel & Vertrieb sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office und asana sind vorteilhaft
- Hast Du ggf. schon Erfahrung mit Backend
- oder Shopsytemen (z.B. Amazon Seller Central) ? - Super
