Global Mobility Coordinator

Your tasks will include:

- Working in partnership with the local office HR as well as the Headquarter staff
- review and approval of assignment documentation and financial arrangements
- Prepare pre-assignment and all documents needed for a project assignment
- Draft assignment related documentation e.g. assignment letters, secondment agreements, based on the Global Mobility policies
- Manage notifications of new assignments to internal stakeholders and finance
- Partner with in house teams and external global mobility partners to coordinate the delivery of services to assignees e.g. immigration, tax, relocation
- Liaise with offices regarding assignment extensions and terminations
- Prepare and deliver routine management reports to internal teams e.g. payroll, finance
- Periodically review and update international mobility processes and procedures

Your Profile:

- Relevant undergraduate degree BA in International Business/Studies, Human Resources, Foreign Languages or related field.
- A can-do attitude, self-starter and pro-active approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced capability in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Native German skills and C1 level English required
