Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride

**Full-time, office based**

We are looking for a pro-active and social Office Coordinator to join our team at our office in Berlin. The office is an important place for our colleagues to come to work, but also to meet and socialize. We need someone who wants to make the office their second home and streamline the day-to-day processes in the office.

**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**
- Own the day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming mail, employee requests and being the first point of contact for our landlord.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain a clean and stocked kitchen for our employees.
- Work on “cross-offices” projects together with your team for the other European offices of TIER-Dott.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring logistics arrangements are in place. These events can be online and/or offline.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, invoices handling, filing, and document organisation.
- Process all incoming mail, and forward it to the appropriate person in the other German cities.
- Collaborate with various departments to help cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Your work would be daily at the office at Friedrichstraße 68 in Berlin.
- There is an office move coming up, and you will play a big role in coordinating with suppliers and colleagues the move and set up of the new office.

**YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A bubbly, social personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Business level fluent in German & English both verbally and in writing.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Experience with ticketing system (Jira), GoogleSuite, invoice
- vendor-, & event/community management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
