As Fisker’s Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sr. Facilities Manager in Europe, IT and HRBP team on developing and maintaining professional, fun, exciting day-to-day work experience for the entire Fisker team not only at Fisker’s Munich office, but also supporting Fisker’s other locations in Europe. As an internal influencer and representative of Fisker, you are responsible for assisting with the organization and support of our Europe locations,

**Responsibilities**:
- Help to oversee planning & logistics associated with events and meetings as they relate to the Munich locations.- Online ordering of office supplies while managing department budget. Ensuring the onsite kitchens are stocked with essential items needed for employees.- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations including vendor management and related walkthroughs with vendors.- Liaison to the landlord.- Managing internal communications for office updates.- Distribution and maintenance of building access keys and parking as applicable.- Point of contact for guests and visiting employees including any current COVID-19 compliances.- Coordinating with HR/IT team to ensure that all new hires are assigned a workspace & supplies.- Preparing shipping labels and delivery of packages. Receiving and distribution of packages.- Purchase order management.- Point of contact for onsite security, maintenance, and janitorial.- Coordination of office emergency procedures and training.- Vendor management.- Budgets, purchase order and invoice reconciliation.- Additional projects as outlined by Sr. Facilities Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years working in office administrative support- Experience building and managing budgets- Affinity for working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments- Working knowledge of office and facilities processes- Some project management experience- Adept at interfacing with all levels of staff, building ownership, vendors, etc.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook- Strong, genuine affinity for our mission, vision, and values- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.- A compelling vision for how positive, high-performing teams and cultures are built, and demonstrated success implementing such a vision- Great references
