**Salary 24.8k - 26.6k**

To provide first class customer service to internal and external customers, always putting the customer first.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Understands the company mission and vision as well as the departmental strategy.
- Deliver high level of customer support both written and verbally - all aspects of customer support enquiries to be covered**.**:

- Able to plan projects and keep motivated to complete them within the required timescale.
- Offer Pre-sales and post-sales advice when the opportunity arises.
- Reply to all enquiries within 48 working hours.
- Use of relevant software to manage customer information, as well other computer music packages.
- Constantly strives to exceed customers’ expectations and deliver excellence.
- Develop customer and product support with ideas being submitted to your line manager.
- Contribute ideas and information to all departments - challenge the norm.
- To complete any other activities as requested by your line manager or the Regional Customer Service Manager
- Ensure all sales leads (opportunities) are forwarded to the relevant Store/Dealer.
- Attends staff and team meetings when required.
- Always displays a positive attitude.
- Build relationships with other LSUs in Europe.
- Ensures all the customer queues are up to date and customers are responded to in a timely fashion.
- Provision of instructions for use for end customers and, in individual cases, for specialist dealers
- Support in incoming and outgoing logistics for spare parts, repairs (including the recording of the devices in the in-house repair recording system), sample and exhibition goods, new and B-goods, delivery, and transport queries
- Auxiliary work for activities at events in the house such as product demonstrations or at external events such as Musikmesse
- Support of the other in-house departments such as order processing or marketing with technical or operating requests for our products.
- Sale and disposition of spare parts including ordering and stocking of the warehouses including the EDP technical processing
- Answering and coordinating support requests
- Support of the other in-house departments such as order processing or marketing with inquiries about our products or required spare parts
- Creating invoices
- Recording of incoming repairs in the in-house repair management system as well as their EDP-technical processing
- Preparation of return receipts
- Processing of returns of both sales products and spare parts
- Creating credits
- Support in shipping the service devices: packaging and their online recording
- Incoming and outgoing logistics for spare parts, repairs, samples, and exhibition goods, new and B-goods, incorrect deliveries, transport damage
- Responsibility for allocating equipment to be stored to the appropriate storage locations
- Handling of loaned equipment in compliance with process specifications
- Order picking of spare parts and sales products
- Disposition and registration of outgoing goods with the respective forwarding agent
- Ordering the collection of returned goods
- Warehousing for shipping materials
- Control and classification of returns
- Supporting other in-house departments such as order processing
- Fluent in German and English

**Communication and Reporting**
- Communicates with clarity both internally and externally. An excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Provides accurate information both internally and externally.
- Attend, participate, and contribute in a positive manner to all meetings.
- Actively involved in helping to make changes to improve the service offered.
- Understands and adopts the guidelines in the Company Handbook.
- Exceptional organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks and plan.
- Re-acting and responding to product support and customer enquiries
- Reporting and analysis of data.
- Selling techniques to be used with all pre-sales/post sales/add-on sales advice.
- Teamwork and collaboration with everyone.
- Supporting an internal multi functioning/multi-tasking Customer support team.
- Supporting field sales team and Store Staff.
- Develops relationships and communicates with all customers, customer support team, Product Specialists and Service Team.
- Maintains a professional approach to all aspects of the role.
- Understand the daily sales figure and supply chain process throughout the business.

**Salary**: 28,887.00€ - 30,970.00€ per year
