At **bunch** we are tirelessly working on building the OS for private market investing - aiming to push through access & liquidity barriers to make private markets work for everyone. **bunch** helps you to digitally create entities, seamlessly pool your co-investors and manage your portfolio. To complete our team, we are looking for an experienced HR & People intern who will act as an all-rounder driving various topics to contribute to **bunch**’s growth - from recruiting to talent development to people operations. Your commitment, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality together with your ability to work in a team as well as independently, will help you accomplish various people-related projects and have a direct impact on our employee experience.
We are looking for someone who will join us for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility to convert to full-time.

**What you will be responsible for at bunch**:
- You will support the growth of bunch and take ownership in further developing & sharpening our talent strategy
- You will develop, map and implement scalable HR processes for our employee lifecycle, including recruiting, talent development and people operations
- You will drive our talent development efforts by implementing strategic projects such as trainings, feedback systems, performance reviews and making sure our team utilizes its full potential
**What you should bring to the party**:
- You are ideally in the final stages of your studies or have recently completed them
- You gathered first professional experience in previous HR & people roles and are familiar with recruiting processes, strategic HR projects and and/or talent development efforts
- You are passionate about people management with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- You are thriving in fast-paced environments, you embrace collaboration and acting proactively
- You are detail-oriented, thorough and committed to taking ownership of various HR related projects
- You are proficient in German and English
- You are fun to work with :)
