DEINE MÖGLICHKEITEN BEI UNS
Unsere Intern / Working Student-Tätigkeit bietet Dir die Chance, tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Portfolio Management im Private Equity (Schwerpunkt: HR & Organizational Development) zu erlangen. Durch aktive Unterstützung unseres Portfolio Teams in diesen Bereichen sammelst Du nicht nur wertvolle Berufserfahrung, sondern erweiterst auch Deine persönlichen und professionellen Fähigkeiten.

Aufgaben
- Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wertschöpfungsstrategien in unseren Portfoliounternehmen entlang des HR-Lebenszyklus und Organisationsprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Director of People Jan Hauke Holste und dem Senior People Projects Manager Lars Meyer bei People-Projekten innerhalb des Funds und des Portfolios, z. B. Entwicklung von best practices, knowledge sharing, trainings in Form von research-Aufgaben, Präsentationen etc.
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Veränderungsstrategien und -plänen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung von organisatorischen Veränderungen zu gewährleisten
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Analysen zur Kommunikation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen an das obere Management und andere Stakeholder
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien und Kommunikationsstrategien, um Mitarbeitern Veränderungen zu vermitteln und den Change-Prozess zu erleichtern

Qualifikation
- Gut bis sehr gute Leistungen / Noten im Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium BWL (mit Schwerpunkt: HR, Beratung oder Organisationsentwicklung), Psychologie /Wirtschaftspsychologie (idealerweise mit organisationspsychologischem Fokus) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Veränderungsprojekten in der Beratung oder im HR-Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten im Hinblick auf konzeptionelle-, Recherche
- und projektbasierte Tätigkeiten
- Ausgesprochener Einsatz, hohe Eigenmotivation, Fähigkeit in einem Team und in einem strukturierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office (insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel)
- Deutsch auf C2 oder muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch fließend
- Verfügbarkeit von mind. 6 Monaten bei einer WerkstudentInnentätigkeit, bei einem Praktikum mind. 3 bzw. im Idealfall 6 Monaten
