Head of Global HR Service Design

Infineon's Global Service Designers are key in driving digitalization at HR. As the Head of our Global HR Service Design Team you will pioneer the change of the team from being a key enabler to driver of digitalization. Under your leadership, our team of Service Designers, based at our locations in Regensburg and Porto, will be core to setting up Infineon for success.
In your new role you will:
- **Leadership**:Coach the team of Global Service Designers at our locations in Porto & Regensburg and support the ongoing transition from Service Owner to Service Designer
- **Service Design Concept**:Develop a comprehensive service design concept aligned with HR’s objectives and our Digital Strategy. This involves understanding the needs and expectations of employees, aligning HR services with our CoCs and identifying opportunities for innovation, harmonization and ensuring scalability
- **Stakeholder Framework**:Collaborate with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders (Business Partners, Shared Services, CoCs, IT) to gather insights, understand their requirements and ensure the design of HR services meets their expectations and gains their buy-in
- **Process Optimization**:In addition to your leadership role you will work as a Service Designer yourself for a smaller CoC and will identify opportunities to streamline HR processes
- and enhance service delivery to ensure HR and Infineon are set up for growth
- **Change Management**:Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new HR services and processes. This includes communicating the benefits of the changes, addressing employee and manager concerns, providing training and support and monitoring the adoption and effectiveness of the new service design initiatives
- **Innovation and Continuous Improvement**:Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices and technologies in service design and HR by exchanging closely with our Digital Experts. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team while not losing sight of Operational Excellence
You easily cooperate across boundaries with all relevant stakeholders, are aware of cultural differences and appreciate the contributions of other people. You think and act solution oriented, enjoy taking over challenging topics and would always remain in the driver seat of tasks even in busy times.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A **degree **in a relevant field **such as Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational-Design, Business Administration or a related field
- At least **8 years of experience **in service design, user experience (UX) design or related fields
- Experience specifically within the **HR domain or working on HR-related projects **is highly desirable. This experience could be gained through previous roles as a service designer, UX designer, senior HR specialist roles, or Lead HR Business Partners
- Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills **are also required to identify pain points and design effective solutions
- **Familiarity with **HR practices, processes, and challenges **throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **to collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR stakeholders, and employees at all levels
- The ability to **challenge existing practices **and propose innovative solutions to improve HR services and the employee experience is highly valued
- **Strong project management **skills **, including the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
- **Fluent English language skills **- German would be beneficial
