The department Global People Strategy & Transformation is responsible for HR Digitalization, People Strategy Development as well as Project and Change Management. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Global Head of Systems & Processes to manage the implementation and enhancement of HR information systems and technology solutions. In this position, you will work in close collaboration with HR colleagues across the globe and Munich Re’s IT department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a team of experienced HR IT consultants
- Develop global end-to-end HR IT landscape with SAP SuccessFactors as leading system and manage HR IT processes based on HR IT strategy
- Ensure execution of HR’s global digitalization roadmap in close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, regional HR, IT and other business stakeholders
- Lead and manage multiple HR system implementation projects, including budget monitoring, vendor management etc.
- Steer continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors system design and global process harmonization to support HR service delivery
- Lead governance board to steer change processes including SAP SuccessFactors releases
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations

YOUR PROFILE
- Proven track record in global HRIS implementation, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex HR IT projects of global scale
- Excellence experience in stakeholder and relationship management at regiona / global level and across disciplines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Relevant experience in leading HR IT teams
