The central division Global Real Estate and Services is actively managing the network of sites and buildings, which Munich Re occupies for their own operations. We enable our MR business and people by creating holistic solutions for extraordinary places. The executive assistant is a key gatekeeper and integrator for the head of division and leadership team. **Your Job**
- Personal assistant to the divisional unit’s head
- Supporting the leadership team holistically in alignment with the divisional head
- All-around organization, including:

- planning and coordinating appointments and travel
- telephone communication, general correspondence and welcoming visitors
- managing documents and information
- booking and organizing business trips and conducting expense accounting
- maintaining business-contact databases
- preparing and following up on calls and video conferences
- Preparing forms of communication and reports to board members and the organization
- Integrating leadership communication globally and ensuring adequate priorization and documentation of tasks
- Helping staff with onboarding as well as organizational and administrative tasks
- Organizing international meetings and internal as well as external events such as offsites or conferences

**Your Profile**
- Professional qualification in business or financial services or equivalent, ideally undergraduate degree
- Several years' experience in financial or professional services, ideally in a higher-level secretarial or assistant position
- Methodological and organizational talent with reliable scheduling competencies across time zones and locations, as well as strong competence with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to integrate into a global team and work in a dynamic environment
- Careful, consistent and service-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and high level of integrity and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced command of written and spoken German and English required
