Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact person for all employees to support on HR topics (focus: Germany and Austria)-
- Contact person for third parties (social security, professional agencies, insurances, etc.)-
- Preparation of the monthly payroll and year end activities-
- Close cooperation and support of the Global HR team on-
- On
- and off
- boarding-
- Immigration assistance-
- Compensation & benefits-
- Performance management-
- Support international colleagues during their stay in Europe-
- HR administration (personnel file, documentation, certificates, etc.)-
- Continues review of local standards and improvement of HR processes-
- Support & review of health & safety programsQualifications:
- Finished vocational degree and certified further qualification (Personalfachkaufmann/frau) or similar education (finished studies with focus on Human Resources)-
- Several years of experience in a similar role-
- Very good knowledge on social security systems and employment regulation in Germany and Austria-
- Fluent German and English language skills, any other European languages are an advantage-
- Hands-on attitude to support on various HR activities-
- Reliable and independent working style#LI-Onsite
