Assistant Head of Reservation

As Assistant Head of Reservation, you will work directly with our central reservation team for our hotels and significantly support the Head of Reservation in the strategic development of the department. To support this department, we are excited to have you as:
ASSISTANT HEAD OF RESERVATION, also in a 4-day week [M/F/d]
Here's how you'll make our hotels special
- You will be jointly responsible with the Head of Reservation for the operational and strategic management of the central reservation department.
- You will work with the team to enhance the quality of calls to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
- You will regularly review the current SOPs and develop them further with the team.
- You will assist the team in all daily operational processes.
Your experience and personality bring that special something
- You have 2-3 years of experience in the reservation department and speak fluent English.
- You have a strong understanding of quality.
- You have experience with Opera and/or Opera Cloud PMS and a technical understanding of various other systems.
- Leadership experience is advantageous.
