Assistant to Global Head of Project Logistics

Are you a proactive and organized professional with a passion for supporting executive functions? Join our team as an Assistant to the Global Head of Project Logistics, where you’ll play a critical role in coordinating activities, managing communications, and driving impactful events across the globe.
** Your Role**: As the Assistant to the Global Head of Project Logistics, you will provide essential administrative support and coordinate various activities for our Project Logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to confidentiality and efficiency. You’ll be involved in everything from travel arrangements to event planning and communication management, making a meaningful impact to our global team.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Organize business trips, manage travel expenses, and handle approvals for the Global Head’s direct reports.
- Plan and coordinate internal events (e.g., international project meetings) and external events (e.g., customer events).
- Create content and manage logistics for customer meetings.
- Conduct research on specific topics, such as competitor analysis.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including marketing and branding efforts.
- Facilitate and update communications on BlueNet, ensuring current and organized information.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Apprenticeship in office administration or similar field
- 3+ years in administrative support for senior-level executives
- Strong knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel travel policies and expense systems
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- High level of flexibility, resilience, and initiative
- Ability to handle data and information confidentially
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, German is a plus.
