**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Dein fundiertes **SEO-Wissen** hilft unseren Kund:innen, mit unserer Software zu besseren Ergebnissen zu kommen. Du verstehst SEO-Probleme und kannst zeigen, wie man sie mit **SISTRIX** löst.
- Mit deiner Hilfe werden unsere Kund:innen noch **erfolgreicher**: Du antwortest auf **Anfragen** und findest immer die passende Lösung.
- Damit Fragen **gar nicht erst entstehen**, erstellst du aber auch Anleitungen, Tutorials, FAQ-Beiträge, Videos und weitere Content-Formate zu den häufigsten Anfragen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über eine **mehrjährige Berufserfahrung** im **SEO-** oder **Onlinemarketing-Umfeld**. In dieser Zeit hast du Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Kund:innen und Zielgruppen gewonnen.
- ** SISTRIX** kennst du aus der **regelmäßigen Nutzung**. Du verstehst die Pakete, ihre Stärken und Anwendungsgebiete.
- Du arbeitest **zielorientiert** und bringst ein hohes Maß an **Eigenorganisation** und Lernbereitschaft mit.
- Als **Teamplayer** und **Kommunikationstalent** arbeitest du nicht nur gerne mit unseren Kund:innen, sondern überzeugst auch uns mit deiner positiven und offenen Art.
- Sowohl auf **Englisch** als auch auf **Deutsch** kannst du auf hohem, professionellen Niveau schriftlich und mündlich kommunizieren. **Weitere Fremdsprachen** sind gerne gesehen.
