**Technical Sales**:

- Identifikation und Akquise von Neukunden in Deutschland sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung
- Vorbereitung und Wahrnehmung von Kundenterminen inklusive Durchführung von Video
- oder Telefonkonferenzen sowie Präsentationen für bestehende und potenzielle Kunden
- Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen und Führen von Vertragsverhandlung
- Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort
- Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Angeboten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Engineering-Team sowie „im Tandem“ mit dem technischen Vertriebsinnendienst
- Planung und Plannachverfolgung mit den Top-Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der technischen und kaufmännischen Angebotsverfolgung
- Vertretung des Werks auf Fachausstellungen, Veranstaltungen und Vorführungen
- Bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Eignung: Teamführung

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb / Antriebstechnik, idealerweise Getriebe
- Verkaufstalent und Abschlussstärke
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und eine kundenorientierte Denk
- und Handlungsweise
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Erfolgswille, Kommunikations
- und Abschlussstärke
- Projektmanagement Kenntnisse, gern auch Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen, überwiegend nationalen Dienstreisen
