For over 30 years, we have been supporting international investors in the real estate sector throughout the entire investment cycle of a property, starting with the appropriate investment strategy, the property selection and purchase, through the takeover of the property into our own asset and property management, to the sale.

  • You are responsible for ensuring, coordinating and monitoring the technical property management as well as the holistic management (maintenance, repair, modernization) of the technical systems and components of the buildings of the entrusted portfolio
  • Together with the commercial property manager, you will take over the coordination and control of external service providers
  • Your role includes managing costs, qualities, budgets and schedules as well as preparing technical object reports
  • In addition, the technical assessment, recommendation, awarding and coordination of repair measures are your responsibility
  • Project coordination - Development and implementation of Capex and ESG measures, as well as smaller tenant improvements should give you pleasure
  • Of course, you regularly inspect our properties
  • Our asset managers look forward to your competent support in ongoing operations as well as in the purchase and sale of the properties

  • Ideally, you have completed a degree in a technical field or have training with relevant professional experience in technical building management
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulations and rules relating to the technical operation of commercial properties is a matter of course for you
  • You enjoy handling our external service providers
  • You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working, preferably project-oriented
  • You are proficient in the common MS Office applications
  • You are a team player through and through and do not get upset easily
  • You work hands-on and like to take on responsibility
  • You have (initial) experience with YARDI Voyager 7S and speak English at a minimum solid B2 level
