**Head of Global Quality Management (M/F/d)**

**Location: Bremen, Germany**

Under the umbrella of DEHOCO, we cover all supporting functions such as accounting and finance, human resources, business processes and IT, consolidation, marketing and QHSES. Become a part of our international Operational Excellence team in Bremen, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Head of Global Quality Management (M/F/d).

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Leadership and responsibility of corporate Quality managers and coordinators, as well as for the maintenance of the deugro groups Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Ensure that internal and external certification audits are planned, prepared, and carried out aligned with norm criteria and in close cooperation with certifying body
- Responsible for the global audit program and preparation of the annual Quality Management Review
- Preparation, implementation and conducting of first, second and third level audits
- Supporting all levels with regards to external Q matters (audits, customers, suppliers, etc.)
- Responsible for root cause investigation and corrective action implementation on all levels
- Product Owner of Quality Management System (SAI360)

**What you can contribute**:

- University degree or equivalent educaiton in Quality Management or related field preferred
- Some years’ experience as a Quality Management professional in a multinational mature business environment with management responsibility
- Familiarity with industry best practices and professional standards
- Ability to provide detailed investigation and audit reports
- Proficient in reading, understanding, and analyzing technical Q documents
- Knowledge to work with a Quality Management IT Application
- These qualities characterize you: leadership skills, results-driven, assertiveness, the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural) and low willingness to travel
