**Your Role**: In this key position, you act at the intersection between a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and an Account Manager, making you an indispensable part of our sales team. Your task is to maintain relationships with existing customers while converting leads into valuable customer relationships. You will use a combination of strategic thinking, customer orientation, and market knowledge.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Engagement and Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach across various channels. Use your communication strength to engage prospects and understand their needs.
- **Customer Management and Support**: Maintain strong relationships with your customers through regular communication. Ensure customer inquiries are efficiently addressed and their expectations are exceeded.
- **Product and Brand Representation**: Represent Admirals professionally by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and the financial market. Foster customer trust in our brand.
- **Teamwork and Compliance**: Work closely with internal teams to meet compliance standards and support the implementation of local marketing strategies.

- A basic understanding of CFDs, Forex, and other financial instruments is a plus.
