Our Marketing Department in Munich, Germany is looking immediately for a
**Channel Marketing Specialist DACH (f/m/d)**
**working 45%-2 years maternity cover contract**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing retail marketing plans and activities across DACH region and distribution channels for Triumph and sloggi in close collaboration with the Sales team.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans for retail, aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Oversee the implementation of retail promotions and campaigns, working with agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment with global and regional guidelines
- Regularly visit stores to monitor brand presence and use insights to guide actions and briefings for visual merchandising
- Ensure in-store communications are consistent with European brand visual guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Retail Teams to implement store design and shopping experience strategies that align with the Global Brand Vision
- Lead local CRM activations with the central CRM team to grow the customer database and enhance consumer experience
- Implement consumer-focused programs to improve the shopping experience during key campaigns and sales periods
- Track retail KPIs and share campaign results with key stakeholders
- Lead regular meetings to align retail marketing activities with key functions
- Maintain tracking systems for all activities and databases
- Manage invoicing, budgets, and vendor relationships
**Your ideal profile**:
- You have gained 4-6 years of channel marketing experience in similar role
- You bring experience in developing and implementing effective Retail Marketing Plans and Campaigns
- You are successful in building presence in store and online, demonstrating ability to drive presence, engagement and sell thru
- You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken
- You have strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- You show a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- You possess the ability to build strong, meaningful internal and external relationships
- You can travel on a regular basis
