Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des internationalen Teams "Energy Strategy & Sustainability"
- Verantwortung für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Energiebeschaffungsstrategie für die ALDI Nord Länder
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung einer effizienten Energienutzung durch die (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Energiemanagementlösungen sowie für die Senkung der Energiebeschaffungskosten
- Entwicklung internationaler Standards für das Energiemanagement, inkl. der Festlegung und Optimierung eingesetzter Materialien/Technologien (z. B. Photovoltaikanlagen)
- Unterstützung der Verantwortlichen in den ALDI-Ländern durch die Entwicklung und Implementierung relevanter Lösungen und Tools (z. B. Tool zur Energiepreisüberwachung)
- Optimierung der Standards und Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung unternehmerischer Ziele (Qualität, Kosten, Nachhaltigkeit)
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energie
- und Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Beschaffung und erneuerbare Energien
- Analytisches Denken und Handeln
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Energiemanagementsystemen
- Führungskompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Team
- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
