**Überblick**
Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertrieb beraten und betreuen Sie unsere Vertriebspartner der Bereiche Kartenterminals sowie Kreditkartenakzeptanz (Acquiring) bei allen vertrieblichen Anfragen. Durch die aktive Betreuung stellen Sie stets die Zufriedenheit unserer Partner sicher und agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen TeleCash und den Vertriebspartnern und unseren operativen Teams. Das gesamte Bankenvertriebsteam ist für mehr als die Hälfte des Umsatzes der TeleCash Organisation verantwortlich. Betreut werden hier Sparkassen, Genossenschaftsbanken sowie Handelspartner.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Aktive Betreuung unserer Schlüsselvertriebspartner sowie der Ausbau und die Pflege von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
- Beratung der Vertriebspartner im Tagesgeschäft als Schnittstelle zu allen internen Abteilungen, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Aufträgen zu gewährleisten
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen z.B. zu Verträgen und Abrechnungen sowie Bearbeitung der daraus resultierenden notwendigen Korrekturen
- Optimierung laufender Prozesse, die ein maximales Wachstum des Geschäfts der Partner bzw. TeleCash sicherstellen
- Unterstützung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern und Vertriebspartnern zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Bearbeitung von potenziellen Neu
- und Bestandskunden (Leads) für unser Geschäft
**Ihr Profil**
- Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität
- Interesse am Thema bargeldloser Zahlungsverkehr
- Hohe Affinität zum Vertrieb sowie zur Prozessverarbeitung / -entwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Medien
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil (französisch)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kunden im Dienstleistungsbereich
**Overview**
As a Sales Support Specialist (M/F/d), you will advise and support our sales partners in the areas of card terminals and credit card acceptance (acquiring) with all sales-related enquiries. Through active support, you will always ensure the satisfaction of our partners and act as an interface between TeleCash and the sales partners and our operational teams. The entire bank sales team is responsible for more than half of the TeleCash organisation's turnover.
**About the role**
- Active support of our key sales partners as well as the expansion and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Advising sales partners in day-to-day business as an interface to all internal departments to ensure the successful realisation of orders
- Processing complaints, e.g. regarding contracts and invoices, and handling the resulting necessary corrections
- Optimisation of ongoing processes to ensure maximum growth of the partner's or TeleCash's business
- Supporting Sales associates and sales partners to increase sales
- Processing potential new and existing customers (leads) for our business
**About you**
- Ability to work in a team
- Interest in the topic of cashless payment transactions
- High affinity for sales and process processing / development
- Confident handling of digital media
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking ability
- Initiative, assertiveness and a confident demeanour
- Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage (French)
- Ideally experience in working with customers in the service sector
