Sales Support Specialist (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienst bei der Akquise neuer Kunden in der Region DACH
- Aktive Kontakte zu Neukunden zur Klärung offener Fragen
- Sicherstellung einer schnellen Erreichbarkeit des Vertriebs
- Erstberatung bei Anfragen
- Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Rückinfo bei allen Fragen rund um den Neukunden
- Koordination von Anfragen innerhalb der Fachabteilungen
- Versand Kundeninformationen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienst bei der Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen
- Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen

**Ihr Profil**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Nachweis mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
- Sicherer Umgang am Telefon
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Bereitschaft aktiv auf Kunden zuzugehen
- Bereitschaft kontinuierliche aktive Weiterbildung in den Produktbereichen der First Data/ TeleCash
- Selbstorganisation und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
- Gute Englischkenntnisse

**About the role**
- Support of the direct sales force with the acquisition of new customers in the DACH region
- Active contact with new customers to clarify open questions
- Ensuring that the sales department can be easily reached
- Initial support with enquiries
- Ensuring and monitoring feedback on all questions concerning new customers
- Coordinating enquiries within the specialist departments
- Mailing of customer information
- Supporting the field sales force in preparing and following up appointments
- Preparation of customer presentations

**About you**
- Commercial training
- At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers
- Confident telephone communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Willingness to actively approach customers
- Willingness to undergo continuous active training in the product areas of First Data/ TeleCash
- Self-organisation and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- Good command of English
