Als Senior Data Scientist (all genders) wirken Sie u.a. aktiv bei der Digitalisierung der Öffentlichen Verwaltung und Unternehmen der freien Wirtschaft mit. Sie analysieren die Herausforderungen der Kunden, übersetzen diese in komplexe, analytische Fragestellungen und verzahnen alles eng mit der Informatik. Dabei bringen Sie Ihre fachlichen Kompetenzen ein, nutzen Ihr unternehmerisches Denken und entwickeln so strategische Projekte mit hoher Wirkungsmacht weiter.
Sie lassen andere an Ihrem Wissen teilhaben - als Mentor für Kolleginnen und Kollegen oder auch als Schnittstelle zu den angrenzenden Disziplinen und Fachteams.

- Einsatz von Data Science Methoden & Artificial Intelligence und die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer KI Anwendungsfälle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Business Innovation: Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer, datengetriebener Geschäftsmodelle, Identifikation, Konzeption und Bewertung von industrie
- und kundenspezifischen Use Cases, Einsatz von Datenmodellierung und -analyse in allen Aspekten von Sales, Marketing, Operations und Geschäftsmodellinnovation
- Big Data & Analytics: Verknüpfung unterschiedlicher Datenquellen zu anspruchsvollen analytischen Lösungen
- Digital Transformation: Konzeption und Umsetzung von Unternehmenstransformation hin zu „Data Driven Business“ unter Einsatz digitaler Technologien

**Aufgaben**
- Durchführung von explorativer Datenanalysen und Visualisierungen, um Trends und Muster zu erkennen
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Datenmodellen unter Einbeziehung von klassischen statistischen Modellen und Anwendung von Machine Learning-Algorithmen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Validierung der eingesetzten Methoden und Technologien
- Verständliche und zielgruppenspezifische Präsentation komplexer Analysen, deren Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen vor dem Management
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Engineering Teams und Business-Stakeholdern, im Rahmen der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzipierung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten
- Bereitstellung von schnellen Datenanalysen zur Beantwortung businessrelevanter Anfragen und Entwicklung von Dashboards zur Visualisierung und Steuerung von Performancewerten

**Ihre Qualifikation**:
Nach dem erfolgreichen Studiensbschluss (vorzugsweise in Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik) haben Sie belastbare Erfahrung und tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Data Science Methoden und AI gesammelt - z.B. zur Segmentierung, Kundenwertmodellierung, Kündigerprävention, Marketingoptimierung, Kampagnensteuerung, Pricing, Bild
- und Spracherkennung, Betrugserkennung, Robotics & Chatbots sowie Echtzeitauswertungen. Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über:

- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in Data Science, Business Intelligence oder Software Engineering im Machine-Learning-Umfeld oder als Berater im Digitalisierungskontext
- Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Analysemethoden (statistische Modellierung, Data Mining, Machine Learning, AI, Text Mining, Datenvisualisierung oder sonstige relevante Kenntnisse)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Business Intelligence Tools und relevanten Statistik-Tools wie R, Python, SAS o.ä.
- Eingehendes Verständnis von Datenstrukturen und Datenmanagement und herausragende Fähigkeiten in der Aufbereitung von Datenquellen
- Kenntnisse von Datenbanken und Big-Data Technologien (z.B. Big Query)
- Erfahrungen mit Cloud
- (private/public), Big-Data
- (z.B. Spark, Kafka) sowie Containertechnologien (z.B. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Erfahrungen mit DevOps/MLOps-Prinzipien und -Tools
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu vermitteln und klaren Handlungsempfehlung zu formulieren
- Neugierde und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen
- Das Talent, konzeptionell und analytisch zu denken
- Einen strukturierten Arbeitsstil mit Spaß am Lösen komplexer Aufgaben
