Head of Ecommerce Marketing

Your Role- You will play a crucial role in setting up Digital Business & E-Commerce by connecting different data points and ensuring a proper customer engagement with your team globally- You will guide our Product Managers and other eCommerce stakeholders based on data and insights of our systems to find the right products and the right promotion ideas always with a customer centric perspective- You actively contribute with your team to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. In this challenging function in an ambiguous environment with conflicting projects and timelines, you will support our team in building differentiating, seamless digital business and e-commerce solutions from a business perspective- This will include service offerings and global rollouts in close alignment with the eCommerce Team- You will work very closely with other Business Units and supporting functions within ZEISS to establish a future success to increase the digital share and online sales. Continuous identification of customer needs and requirements to design and implement the next generation of digital business and omnichannel e-commerce solutions- Setup and execute performance in
- and outbound marketing campaigns to attract customers for a increased traffic and drive conversion through all available digital customer touchpoints- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of eCommerce marketing, based on return on investment (ROI) by assessing the attribution of different touchpoints, customer acquisition costs and lifetime-value as well as end-to-end conversion to online sales- Check and continuously monitor (via clear analytics KPIs) the viability of our digital business and e-commerce solutions

Your Profile- Experienced in heading complex projects and programs in the field of digital business and e-commerce with demanding- Experience in data & analytics regarding online and eCommerce performance marketing- Track record in setting up and successfully driving eCommerce marketing with a clear contribution to online sales and ROI- Stakeholder and sponsor management in a highly ambiguous environment- Gained several years of broad and in-depth professional experience within a top-management consultancy or corporate business (B2B or B2C)- A background in digital business and e-commerce, information systems engineering, industrial engineering, or computer science- A passion for digital technologies, market trends, economic developments, e-commerce and ZEISS's products and markets- Strong curiosity and willingness to develop new capabilities and to transform complex organizations- The ability to work in a highly independent, proactive, goal
