Die Rolle Head of Agency Management & Training ist in der Konzernfunktion Corporate Brand, Communications and Public Affairs in Oberkochen in der Abteilung Brand angesiedelt. Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Abteilung gilt der Marke ZEISS: diese zu schützen, wachsen zu lassen sowie markenkonformes Arbeiten sowohl durch ZEISS Mitarbeiter als auch externe Partner wie z.B. Agenturen sicherzustellen.

Diese Stelle ist befristet auf 18 Monate (bis März 2025)

Ihre Rolle

In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie hauptverantwortlich für das funktionsübergreifende, ZEISS-weite Agenturmanagement und Training zur Qualitätssicherung und Befähigung interner ZEISS Kollegen und externen Partner und Agentur für markenkonformes Arbeiten. Sie leiten in diesem Zuge das zugehörige Team fachlich und disziplinarisch. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Steuerung, Ausbau und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Agency Management Systematik (Fortführung der Konzeption und Implementierung standardisierter und digitalisierter Prozesse; Führen der ZEISS-internen, international aufgestellten Expertengruppe) sowie deren kontinuierliche Anwendung mit Fokus auf die Hauptmärkte DE, USA, CN inkl. Transparenzschaffung, Trainingsformate, Konzeption und Umsetzung begleitender Kommunikationsmaßnahmen- Digital Product Ownership - Verantwortung für eine State-of-the-art digitale Lösung des Agenturmanagement bei ZEISS und damit über die Vision zum digitalen Produkt sowie den Benefits für die ZEISS Organisation und die zugehörigen externen Partner (dazu gehört die Fortführung der Konzeption, die erfolgreiche Implementierung, kontinuierliche Sicherstellung technischer Betrieb sowie inhaltlicher Aktualität und die Koordinierung interner Stakeholder und Sponsoren)- Konzeption, Implementierung & Ausbau des Trainingsbereichs im Bereich Marke inklusive Analyse und abgeleitetes Life-Cycle Management

Mit Hilfe Ihrer Eigeninitiative, Problemlösungskompetenz und Qualitätsanspruch gestalten wir mit ihnen gemeinsam unsere Marke ZEISS.

Ihr Profil- ein Hochschulstudium; idealerweise mit Marketing-/Marken-Ausrichtung- mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen im Bereich Brand Management oder Marketing/ Marketingkommunikation und/oder in einer Agentur mit Schwerpunkt Dienstleistermanagement und Markenführung- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung- sehr gutes Verständnis und Erfahrung im Zusammenspiel der Rollen in einem Konzern und Matrix-Leadership- Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler externer Partner oder Dienstleister sowie mit der Leitung von internationalen/globalen Projekten und Schnittstellen- eine selbständige, analytische und sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Koordinationsfähigkeit von internen und externen Schnittstellen- konzeptionelles Denken und eine ziel
- und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise gepaart mit einem hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität sowie ein souveränes Auftreten- eine ausgezeichnete interkulturelle und kommunikative Kompetenz mit sehr guten Deutsch
