**Duties**:
The Transmitter Maintenance Supervisor is a critical role responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of broadcasting infrastructure. Overseeing and leading a team of five Radio Technicians and one Transmitter Technician Mechanic, the supervisor is tasked with maintaining transmitters and ancillary systems to the highest standards, developing routine maintenance
schedules, and leading swift responses to technical issues. This role demands strong leadership, the provision of training, and the adaptation to emergency situations, ensuring mínimal broadcast disruption. Additionally, the incumbent steps in as the Transmitter Plant Supervisor in their absence, underscoring the need for a versatile, technically adept individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence in a high-pressure environment.

EXPERIENCE:

- Five (5) years of experience in equipment, operations, and maintenance of high-power shortwave transmitting facility, or similar is required. One (1) year of supervisory experience is required,
