As an Account Executive (M/F/d) you will play a vital role in acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and driving the company's sales targets.

**\# Your tasks in a nutshell**:

- You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
- You will track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates on progress towards goals.

**Requirements**:
**\# Your skills & experiences**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- You have 2+ years of experience in sales or business development & a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English, proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You have a results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus as well as experiences in a B2B and SaaS environment.
