Für unsere Niederlassung Deutschland mit Sitz in Neuss bei Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort eine(n):
**Customer Service & Sales Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder als Aushilfe, Mini-Job oder Werksstudent**

**Aufgaben**:

- Serviceorientierte Beratung und Buchung für unsere Kunden per Telefon (Inbound)
- Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kunden-E-Mails sowie Chats
- Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit unseren europäischen Partnern und der Hauptniederlassung
- Sie erledigen administrative Aufgaben im Aftersales Bereich.

**Profil**:

- Sie sind ein Kommunikationsprofi und haben Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Sie mögen es, Ihr verkäuferisches Talent unter Beweis zu stellen
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind motiviert und besitzen Eigeninitiative
- Sie behalten auch in turbulenten Situationen stets den Überblick
- Sie lieben international ausgerichtete Unternehmen
- Sie haben Freude an Campingurlaub und dessen Planung
- Sie möchten 30-40 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten

**Qualifikation**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit im Idealfall 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Office Management/Sales (für Teilzeit/Vollzeit Einstellung)
- Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
