**Your role**:
We are searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff for the Head of Operations Office at our Surface Solutions production site Gernsheim.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive business support to the Head of Operations Gernsheim site. This includes driving cross-functional high-priority projects and critical initiatives and coordinating activities across the departments thereby driving overall productivity and efficiency. You will be responsible for supporting executive decision-making as well as advising and coordinating activities for the Gernsheim operations leadership team, which you will be part of.Furthermore, you will keep the onsite operations community together, organizing and facilitating leadership meetings, Townhalls and workshops and developing strategies and concepts for overarching topics such as "people topics" in close collaboration with our HR BP.

**Who you are**:
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Business, Engineering, or Science with minimum 2 years of work experience ideally in a production environment
- Basic Branding, Marketing, and Finance knowledge preferred
- Experienced project management skills, including experience with matrix teams and exposure to executive management level
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, advanced in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI (or other analytics tools). Able to develop management presentations and reports in the most efficient manner
- Discretion and ability to deal with confidential information
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in German and English
- Experience with aligning team members, facilitating conflict, and presenting information in a way that enables leaders to have clarity on the underlying issues and potential solutions
- Process-driven and experienced in standardizing and simplifying work processes
- Willing to take ownership, structured and reliable, and ready to raise the bar
- Curiosity to learn, adapt quickly and challenge the status quo to innovate boldly
