We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager:in to join our Amazon Transportation Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Area Manager:innen, ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

• Lead and develop a team of Area Manager:innen to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate with other teams, including HR, Finance, and Safety, to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

• Relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
• Experience with process improvement and change management
• Fluency in English and German

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Experience in a similar logistics and supply chain environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
