**Your task**:
Als **"Local Head Fiber (m/w/d) Region Nord"** für das Local Team „**Braunschweig**“ (Standorte u.a. Hamburg und Hannover) sind Sie für die Akquise, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung zugeordneter strategisch bedeutsamer Key Accounts (wie z.B. Behörden, Kommunen etc.) verantwortlich. Herausfordernd ist hier die Arbeit mit dem besonders umfangreichen und komplexen Produkt
- und Service-Portfolio in Bezug auf „Fiber“.

Folgende weitere Aufgaben werden von Ihnen übernommen:

- Initiierung, Steuerung und Verhandlung sowie Abschluß von Verträgen
- Zuständigkeit der strategischen Erschließung neuer bedeutsamer KeyAccounts
- Definition und Erstellung von Sales
- & Account-Strategien und Weiterentwicklung von strategischen Kundenbeziehung
- E2E-Verantwortung des gesamten **Fiber**-Sales-Zykluses von Bedarfsanalyse bis hin zur Steuerung der After-Sales-Aktivitäten über alle Ausbauarten
- Beratung und Verkauf abschlussorientierter Produkte, Services und komplexer kundenorientierter Lösungen
- Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Kundenbetreuung/-bindung/-rückgewinnung

**Your Profile**:
Für diese Position bringen Sie ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Fachrichtung bzw. fachspezifischer Zusatzausbildung mit. Sie besitzen mit mindestens **5 bis 8 Jahren** Berufserfahrung im **Sales/Key Account Management**. Des Weiteren haben Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der **fachlichen** Führung von Selling-Teams. Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen. Sie verfügen über hervorragende Erfahrungen in der Leitung von **strategischen** und **virtuellen** **Projekten.**

- Herausragende Kenntnisse bezüglich des Produktportfolios „**Fiber**“
- Exzellente Erfahrung in der Identifikation und im Aufbau von Kundenkontakten und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Hochausgeprägte abschlussorientierte Gesprächsführung sowie Vertragsabschluß
- **E2E-Verantwortung** für besonders schwierige/ hochkomplexe Aufgaben/Probleme übergreifend für den Bereich zu steuern

- **Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)**
