EagleBurgmann is a leading international specialist in industrial sealing technology. **Responsibilities**:
- Administrative support of personnel processes from entry to exit
- Maintenance of the personnel management system (Workday) / master data maintenance
- Writing of employment contracts and references
- Writing of salary and contract changes, preparation of works council hearings
- Collaboration in the further development of HR processes
- Supporting HR BusinessPartners and managers in day-to-day operations
- Coordination of applicant management, preparation, coordination and publication of job advertisements
- Applicant correspondence and exchange with specialist departments
- Close cooperation with HR Payroll Services
- Preparation and maintenance of statistics and reports
- Taking over HR projects
**Qualifications**:
- Completed commercial training with additional training as a human resources specialist
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in human resources
- Good knowledge of labor and social security law in Germany
- Independent and structured way of working
- High customer and service orientation
- Distinct team and contact skills
- Knowledge of HR management systems such as Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Loga an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
