Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for a defined group of employees, taking into account legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations.
  • Advise and support employees, managers, and internal interfaces on payroll-related, social security, and payroll tax issues.
  • Act as a technical expert and point of contact within the Payroll team and for HR colleagues.
  • Maintain master data, perform statistical evaluations, and administer time management in ATOSS.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating certificates, maintaining electronic personnel files, and corresponding with health insurance companies and authorities.
  • Support the implementation of payroll-related project activities.

Requirements:

  • Completed professional training, with further training as a personnel specialist or payroll accountant, or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll tax and social security law.
  • Experience in the use of P&I Loga or ATOSS is an advantage.
  • Hands-on mentality, professional appearance, and absolute reliability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Very good command of written and spoken German (C1) and a good command of English.
