You support our team as
HR Professional EMEA (f/m/d) - fixed term 18 months
**Responsibilities**:
Assume responsibility for the administration and processing of HR activities along the employee life cycle in Business Area EMEA
Support HR EMEA Management team on a wide range of global initiatives and contribute to optimize our HR EMEA landscape
Manage and support of global recruiting and hiring processes
Manage, maintain, and assure quality of data in our HR Information System
Prepare monthly reports and statistics and handle ad-hoc requests
Support global HR processes and projects
**Qualifications**:
Completed commercial training, additional qualification in the field of human resources desirable
Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an international environment
Excellent communication skills combined with an open-minded, pro-active and solution-oriented manner
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Very good user skills in Microsoft Office and common HR systems (Workday is a plus)
