EagleBurgmann is a leading international specialist in industrial sealing technology. **Responsibilities**:
- Assume responsibility for the administration and processing of HR activities along the employee life cycle in Business Area EMEA
- Support HR EMEA Management team on a wide range of global initiatives and contribute to optimize our HR EMEA landscape
- Manage and support of global recruiting and hiring processes
- Manage, maintain, and assure quality of data in our HR Information System
- Prepare monthly reports and statistics and handle ad-hoc requests
- Support global HR processes and projects
**Qualifications**:
- Completed commercial training, additional qualification in the field of human resources desirable
- Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills combined with an open-minded, pro-active and solution-oriented manner
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good user skills in Microsoft Office and common HR systems (Workday is a plus)
