Einleitung

Nitrado sucht einen dynamischen und erfahrenen Team Lead Partnerships (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing Teams. Diese Position wird eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Partnerschaften spielen, die mit unseren Marketingzielen übereinstimmen und das Geschäftswachstum fördern. Der/die ideale Kandidat: in verfügt über eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz in den Bereichen Influencer Marketing, Partnerschaften, Affiliate Marketing und Content Creator Management. Er/sie verfügt außerdem über ein tiefes Verständnis der Gaming-Branche und der Gameserver-Hosting-Technologie.

Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst und implementierst strategische Partnerschaften, die auf die Marketingziele von Nitrado abgestimmt sind.
Du leitest und führst ein Team von drei spezialisierten und technischen Mitarbeitern.
Du akquirierst, qualifizierst und bindest neue Partner ein.
Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu bestehenden Partnern.
Du beaufsichtigst die Verhandlung und Ausführung von Partnerschaftsvereinbarungen.
Du verfolgst und misst die Leistung der Partnerschaften.
Du analysierst Daten, um neue Partnerschaftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
Du präsentierst der Geschäftsleitung Vorschläge für Partnerschaften.
Du vertrittst Nitrado bei Branchenveranstaltungen und Konferenzen.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Influencer Marketing, Partnerschaften, Affiliate Marketing und Content Creator Management und 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams.
Erste Agenturerfahrung ist ein Plus.
Du besitzt einen starken Gaming-Hintergrund oder eine Affinität zu Games.
Du hast technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Game Server Hosting.
Du verfügst über eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz bei der Steigerung der Einnahmen durch Partnerschaften.
Du besitzt ein ausgezeichnetes Verhandlungsgeschick.
Du hast einen datengesteuerten Ansatz zur Entscheidungsfindung.
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang und in der Verhandlung von Budgets.
Du hast Erfahrung mit der Organisation von Online-Events für Spiele.
Du bist ergebnisorientiert und organisiert.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse. Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.
Du hast Erfahrung mit Tracking
- und Messtools.
Du bist vertraut mit Partnerschafts-Tracking-Tools wie Everflow.
Du hast nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Umsetzung neuer Projekte und ständiger Verbesserungen.
Du besitzt den Ehrgeiz, dich beruflich weiterzuentwickeln und zum Erfolg des Teams beizutragen.
