Um unsere Mission zu erfüllen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, einen **Team Lead Commercial Development** **(m/w/d)**.

**Team Lead Commercial Development** **(m/w/d)**:
**Dein Liefergebiet**:

- Du verantwortest den strategischen Aufbau der flaschenpost marketing services GmbH innerhalb der flaschenpost Gruppe und unterstützt somit bei der Entwicklung von neuen Produkten, Prozessen und Tools im Retail Media Umfeld
- Dabei steuerst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team strategische Projekte und leitest basierend auf Daten
- und Marktanalysen basierend strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du hast das Retail-Media-Marktumfeld fest im Blick und arbeitest projektbasiert an konzeptionellen und analytischen Projekten zur Implementierung von richtungsweisenden Vermarktungsdienstleistungen
- Du erstellst Präsentationen mit dem Ziel businessrelevante Empfehlungen und Handlungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten
- Du erhältst Einblicke in den Vertrieb von Werbevermarktung und unterstützt bei der Auswertung von verkauften Vermarktungskampagnen
- Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsleistung Retail Media und kannst so von Ressourcen und schnellen Entscheidungen profitieren

**Das hast du im Sortiment**:

- Du hast den Grundstein mit einem Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem oder vergleichbarem Schwerpunkt gelegt
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Retail Media oder Performance Marketing und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht vorausgesetzt
- Du verfügst über herausragende Excel
- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse und hast Lust dein Wissen weiter auszubauen
- Eine selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist engagiert, motiviert und flexibel
