We’re looking for an experienced **Product Marketing Lead, B2B SaaS** to drive the growth of SPREAD’s products in our target industries. You’ll be part of the small-but-mighty Marketing team, creating valuable, high-impact messaging, educating the market, and positioning SPREAD in front of our target audience of Systems Engineers and Automotive Tech leaders.

Bonus points if you enjoy Formula 1, puzzles, karaoke, and/or cats.

**Your Mission**:
As Product Marketing Manager, your goal will be to position our products for our audience and help SPREAD generate more revenue. Your main tasks will be:

- **
Create compelling product marketing strategies**: you’ll develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. Continuously iterate on messaging through A/B testing to optimize conversion across our sales segments.
- ** Define & research target audience segments**: you will collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to define, analyze, and iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for each of our products
- ** Thought leadership & community building**: you will develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts, and foster an engaging community of user champions through forums, user groups, and social media platforms.
- ** Event presence & customer advocacy**: you’ll represent SPREAD at industry conferences and trade shows, and work with key customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories.
- ** Analyze & optimize**:you will collect and analyze insights from our customer journey and leverage this information to refine ICP definitions and product marketing strategies. Optimize our performance by monitoring and analyzing keywords & performance metrics to inform future growth strategies.
- ** Stay competitive**: you keep up with the latest developments in the AI, Automotive, and Systems Engineering spaces, as well as B2B SaaS best practices to ensure SPREAD remains competitive in the market.
- ** Collaborate across teams**: you work closely with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Customer Value, and Product teams to maximize the volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and cultivate Customer Champions.

**Your Experience**:

Professional experience**: you have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or Sales Enablement roles;
- ** Industry knowledge**: previous experience in the AI, Automotive and Manufacturing industries is a huge plus;
- ** Linguistic abilities**: you have native-level German and excellent English language skills - especially written;
- ** Communication & storytelling**: you’re an excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex technical concepts and larger narratives into simple key messages;
- ** Customer-centricity**: you have proven experience with customer journey mapping, persona development, and customer-centric marketing approaches.
- ** Project management & strategy**: you have excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives with strategic, conceptual thinking
- ** Cross-functional leadership**: you have strong leadership and collaboration skills, and you’re comfortable working with lots of different teams inside and outside of SPREAD
- ** Team contribution**: you’re solution-oriented, creative, analytical, and bring a high level of ownership to your projects
- ** Continuous learning**: you’re passionate about technology trends and learning about AI, mechatronics, and Systems Engineering;
- ** Bonus qualifications**: data analytics tools, CRM software, CMS, website management, automation software, performance campaign managers, and other online marketing tools.
