Unser Hauptziel ist es, die Erzeugung grüner Energie mit einer einzigen Lösung für Anlagen verschiedener Hersteller zu vereinfachen. Bei erneuerbaren Energien liegen die Vorteile für die Umwelt auf der Hand: Strom, der aus erneuerbaren Ressourcen wie Sonnenkollektoren und Windturbinen erzeugt wird, erzeugt keine Emissionen und keine Luftverschmutzung.

Als Team Lead Marketing (B2B SaaS) (m/w/d) gestaltest du die Zukunft unseres Marketings in einer schnell wachsenden SaaS-Umgebung. Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzung und treibst den Übergang von unserem Startup zu einem reifen, enterprise-ready Unternehmen voran.

# Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:
  • Strategische Leitung: Du gibst die Richtung für unser Marketing vor, mit einem Mix aus Strategie und praktischer Umsetzung.
  • Markenentwicklung: Du leitest die Evolution unserer Marke, baust unsere Website aus und erstellst hochwertige Vertriebsmaterialien, um unser Image als enterprise-ready Anbieter zu stärken.
  • Kund*innenreise: Du entwirfst eine nahtlose End-to-End-Customer-Journey.
  • Pipeline-Wachstum: Du nutzt eine breite Mischung aus Content, Events, Webinaren und E-Mail-Marketing, um unser Pipeline-Wachstum zu fördern.
  • Produktmarketing: Du entwickelst und kommunizierst Produktbotschaften, die unsere Zielgruppe begeistern.
  • Datengetriebene Entscheidungen: Du bringst eine analytische Herangehensweise mit, misst den Erfolg unserer Maßnahmen und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Wirkung.
  • Teamführung: Du baust dein eigenes Team auf und entwickelst es weiter, während du ein_e zentrale_r Ansprechpartner*in für interne Stakeholder bist.

Stellenanforderungen

# Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B SaaS-Marketing, idealerweise mit mindestens 2 Jahren in einer leitenden Funktion (oder nachweisbare Projektleitungsfähigkeiten).
  • Du verfügst über umfassende Marketing-Skills und hast Erfolge in Markenaufbau, Content-Erstellung und Pipeline-Wachstum nachgewiesen. Kenntnisse in PR, Positionierung und Produktmarketing sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Wachstumsstrategien, einschließlich Events, Webinaren, E-Mail-Marketing und Content-Marketing.
  • Du bist sowohl kreativ als auch analytisch – du kannst deine Ideen mit Daten untermauern und Geschichten erzählen, die unsere Marke stärken.
  • Du bringst Startup-Spirit mit: Du kannst sowohl auf operativer als auch auf strategischer Ebene arbeiten und bist bereit, mit uns zu skalieren.
