Head of Commercial Road Transport CRT (M/F/d)
Your role:
The Business Unit Commercial Road Transport (CRT) is a new Business Unit and will round off in the Mabanaft Group portfolio. It is one of the key strategic pillars of the future sustainable Mabanaft business. In the role of Head of CRT you will built up the Business Unit to shape the Business of the future by growing Mabanaft´s hydrogen footprint. To do so you will work closely with all areas of the Mabanaft Group. Your report directly to the SVP Marketing.
Your tasks:
- Set up (acquire / build / grow) the CRT platform for growths across Europe etc. either with own team, in partnership or through Joint Ventures- Built and grow the team and run a CRT business in line with the Group strategic strategy and vision- Manage all elements of the CRT business incl. management of manned sites, non fuels retail (parking services, restaurants, accommodation etc.) and unmanned sites, pricing, fleet cards, technical management, digital marketing- Establish the required external partnerships and represent Mabanaft within your business area
Your profile:
- Experience: Experienced leader in the area of Commercial Road Transportation with in-depth knowledge in Retail and Truckstops- Market understanding: In-depth Market understanding and connections within the industry in Europe and especially in Germany
Relevant Skills:
- Communication: Strong negotiator, strategic thinker, action oriented and a self-starter with ood German language skills and business fluent in English- Business development: Experienced in shaping organizations- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Europe
