**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Leitung eines internationalen Teams im technischen Support, bestehend aus engagierten Kundendienst
- und Reparaturexperten, übernimmst du die Steuerung von mehr als 20 talentierten Mitarbeitern und Supervisoren. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, den Bereich nicht nur operativ zu führen, sondern ihn auch strukturell und strategisch weiterzuentwickeln. Dein Ziel ist es, eine nachhaltige Skalierung zu ermöglichen, ohne dabei den hohen Premium-Anspruch aus den Augen zu verlieren.
- Als integraler Bestandteil des Service Teams, bestehend aus Technical Support, After Sales und Field Support, spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung unserer Premium-Service-Strategie. Dabei berichtest du direkt an den Head of Service & After Sales.
- Der reibungslose Kommunikationsfluss zu den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Qualität und Field Support liegt in deiner Verantwortung, genauso wie das effektive Management von Wissen im Team.
- Deine Aufgabe ist es, die perfekten Tools auszuwählen und Prozesse rund um die Serviceabwicklung zu definieren und zu optimieren.
- Du überwachst KPIs, entwickelst diese ständig weiter und leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab.
- Du verantwortest die Forecasts und gewährleistest damit die Servicefähigkeit.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast einen Master
- oder Diplomabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder verfügst über gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
- Du bringst idealerweise mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder aus der Beratung mit.
- Du hast ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Kundenservice-Abläufen und verfügst über fundiertes Fachwissen in relevanten Systemen und Applikationen.
- Du begeisterst dich für Prozesse, besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und bist in der Lage Maßnahmen daraus abzuleiten und nachhaltig zu implementieren.
- Du hast ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis.
- Du denkst kundenorientiert und bist ein Teamplayer.
- Du bist ein Kommunikationsprofi auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen mit sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen.
