Strategic Marketing Lead

We are seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Marketing Lead to join our team. If you have a passion for marketing strategies and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
- In this role you will develop and drive strategic marketing campaigns and improve processes to achieve our marketing and business goals. As an enthusiastic leader, you will develop a global team of marketing specialists, drive change management, and implement process improvements to ensure the highest execution effectiveness.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key strategic campaigns for our business.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud) and standards to improve the efficiency of our marketing processes.
- Establish campaign performance monitoring and KPIs to ensure effective resource allocation and team productivity.
- Develop standards for marketing initiatives and campaigns, and leverage AI for the highest execution effectiveness.
- Manage the budget for all strategic marketing campaigns, processes, and tools.
- Serve as the first escalation level for individual marketing campaign issues.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
**What You Bring**
- A university degree in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant function.
- Several years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, sales, or similar fields.
- Deep knowledge in Marketing Automation.
- Leadership experience in a global and environment (e.g., people management, project leadership, or business coaching)
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex issues with stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leadership.
- Business proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages being advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to project priorities, effectively managing your schedule and task prioritization.
