**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In this role, you will be the team lead for the topics Innovation Sales, Sales Academy and Value Selling for Grid Technologies portfolio within our Siemens Energy organization. Together with your team, you will be responsible for paving the way for sustainable growth by challenging regular & standard business models and developing innovative solutions to support growth while increasing profitability and business intelligence. You will be helping regions to implement growth measures, co-creating smart go-to-market strategies, creating portfolio value proposition and focus on trainings and internal & external promotion. This role demands strong collaboration and partnering skills, excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial profile to transform the knowledge into cross-functional strategic initiatives.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

Together with your team you drive the following topics:

- Innovation Sales, including conceptualize and establish new business models, identify new and adjacent businesses and specific sales push. Drive development of innovative products to match customer demand and market trends
- Sales Academy, driving creation of new trainings content and webinars
- Value Selling working on differentiation strategy with input from the different Execution Units based on customer centric approach. Cooperating with Marketing and Communication for all the customer events and initiatives

**What You Bring**
- You have gained several years of valuable professional experience in sales and/or strategy, e.g., working as a sales manager, business developer or as strategy consultant
- You understand the Transmission and Distribution market trends, customer structures and challenges, and how Siemens Energy Grid Technologies’ portfolio addresses them through various sales channels
- As a key counterpart to our regional organizations, you can translate strategic insights into guidance and concreate actions for our global Grid Technology sales teams, and vice-versa derive strategic conclusions out of operational sales challenges
- You have excellent communication skills for efficient stakeholder management combined with teamwork skills and creative and agile approach to work with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- You lead by example and have a track record of attracting, inspiring and developing talents in your team
- You gained international experience and can communicate fluently in English.
