**A Snapshot of Your Day**
- As part of the Digital Board you will lead 2 Value Centers for main Siemens Energy Functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal&Compliance, EQS, Real Estate, Communication, Innovation) as well as 3 Value Center for Cross-Functional Capabilities (e.g. Data Platforms, Integration Platforms, Low-Code Platforms, Automation Platforms). At the same time you will be the Digital Partner for all key Digital topics for above Functions. Within this role, you will create, align and implement the Digital service landscape over the complete lifecycle, from planning through implementation and operations until shutdown. As Digital Partner, you will shape the Digital budget with the goal to create excellent business value through Digital solutions.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- In your new position as Digital Board Member, you are responsible to drive the strategic direction and the further development of 5 Value Center: Corporate Functions (mainly Finance), Human Resources, Data Platforms & Services, Integration, Cross-Functional Platforms & Solutions with more than 60’ Euro operations budget and 15’ Euro project budget
- You manage a team of 5 Value center Heads and overall more than 200 employees located in 5 core countries (Germany, USA, India, Mexico, Romania) and a strong external workforce with strategic platform suppliers like SAP, Workday, Snowflake, SnapLogic, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Mendix and strategic partners
- As Digital Solutions Partner for multiple Functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal&Compliance, EQS, Real Estate, Communication, Innovation) you host the Business Alignment Boards for above Functions together with the Global Process Owner as key element for strategic direction and alignment between Business and the Digital Core function.
- You set the strategic direction (Digital Strategy, Architecture, Roadmap) in the business capabilities of above Functions along with key stakeholders/Global Process Owners.
- You host the Business Partner Board for above Functions together with the Global Process Owner as key element for strategic direction and alignment between Business and Digital Core.
- You strongly align with all key collaborators in Functions, Business and Digital Core (Hub, Business, Digital Solutions, Digital Applications) and ensure that your Portfolio of Projects is accurately prioritized and provides insights into its Business Value, is in sync with Digital Strategic Direction and executed according to Budget, Quality and Time.
- You develop a balanced Strategic Workforce Planning for your set of Value Center for your internal as well as your external workforce and build positive relationships with your key suppliers, always acting within the overall Digital Supplier Framework
- You make sure that you leverage standards for Digital internal processes and tools, like ServiceNow
- You craft the Communication & Change Management approach for your set of Value Center with specific focus on your User Community as well as your own Employees
- You set-up best practice sharing with other industry leading companies for relevant topics to gain outside-in perspectives and ignite impactful changes to your area of responsibility
- You will drive drive digitalization of SE using AI and LLMs

**What You Bring**
- We look forward getting to know you if you successfully completed University studies or a comparable education
- You have professional experience (at least 5 years) as a Line Manager as well as a Leader of Managers
- You have a longstanding professional experience and significant knowledge in outlined Digital relevant Functions/business capabilities and the enabled related E2E processes and data, ideally all or most of the them
- You have specific experiences in major core domains of Digital Functions like: Strategy & Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Change Management, Data Analytics, Financial Management
- You have experience with driving digitalization using AI and LLMs
- You are a modern and innovative digital problem solver with a strong bias towards transformation as well as a valued sparring partner for our key stakeholder
- You are keen to derive and align new Digital strategic directions in above business capabilities
- Besides, you are an excellent and inspiring networker with a proven track record of optimally guiding intercultural teams towards joint standards and decisions and taking business stakeholder along with you on this journey
- You like to be part of a bigger team within Digital Core and SE overall and live the SE Values and Leadership Essentials
- As you act in an international environment, you can communicate fluently in English German language is an additional asset
- Your profile is rounded off by strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills as well as a strong ability to implement
