Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
Im Bereich der marktabhängigen strategischen Entwicklung bist Du für die vollumfängliche Leitung unseres Market Intelligence Tools (MIR) verantwortlich. Hierzu zählen Management-Aufgaben, die Systempflege, die konzeptionelle sowie die technische Weiterentwicklung des Systems, Support-Funktionen für unsere User und die damit verbundene Kommunikation zu internen und externen Stakeholdern Zudem beobachtest Du kontinuierlich den Wettbewerb und erstellst zugehörige Wettbewerbsprofile Du erhebst eigenständig Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten, wertest diese aus und leitest entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ab Zudem verantwortest Du in Abstimmung mit unserem Finanz-Team das Projektcontrolling und agierst hier einerseits als Sparringpartner für den/die Projektleiter/in und setzt andererseits ein Managementkonzept zur Steuerung der Projektlandschaft um Du bist Ansprechpartner für Fragestellungen in Bezug auf das Projektmanagement und das zugehörige Projektmanagement-Tool
Wir suchen nicht den perfekten Lebenslauf sondern Dich:
Du hast ein Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft bzw. eines verwandten Studiengangs abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit mehrjähriger (mind. 3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich strategischer Projekte Idealerweise konntest Du auch bereits erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Strategic Management oder Product Management sammeln Dich zeichnet eine selbstständige, agile und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation, Du behältst auch in anspruchsvollen und stressigen Situationen den Überblick und Du möchtest stetig neues Wissen aufbauen Dein Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen ist versiert (vor allem Excel und PowerPoint) Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
